RightTalents provides IT staffing and consulting services, career and job-placement resources for job seekers, and AI-powered solutions (including through RightAgents and Talent Cloud) for employers and clients. Descriptions of Services on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Any specific engagement is subject to a separate signed agreement between RightTalents and the client or candidate.

4. Job Seeker and Client Submissions

• Resumes, applications, and profile information you submit may be shared with prospective employers or clients for the purpose of evaluating you for opportunities.
• You represent that all information you submit through the Site (resumes, hiring requests, contact forms) is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• RightTalents does not guarantee placement, employment, or any specific business outcome as a result of using the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the RightTalents and RightAgents names and marks, and software — is the property of RightTalents LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by RightTalents. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
