Job Description:

  • Customer problem resolution via the telephone
  • Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry.
  • Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
  • Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests.
  • Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers.
  • Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data.
  • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
  • High school diploma required or bachelor’s preferred.
