Requirements:

60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system, local district, or voluntary agency.

60 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment.

60 months of experience working directly with users in a child welfare environment providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered.

60 months of working on a child welfare application of over 15,000 users starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up.

with follow up 60 months of child welfare or related experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes.
