Job Description:
- Review of Department system and processes for the purposes of
- development of process flows, requirements and specifications
- Develop project and system documentation
- Develop criteria for evaluation of strategies
- Prepare written and oral communication on project milestones and
- deliverables
- Assist with test planning for integrated system
Requirements:
- 72 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- 60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents
- 72 months experience with all phases of testing (i.e., system, integration, user acceptance and pilot) including the creation of use cases and test condition and the review of output.
- 12 months experience with automated testing including review of output and
maintenance of test scripts
- 36 Months experience systems analysis, testing and implementation of a webbased System
- 36 Months experience in systems analysis for a multitiered transactional system.
- 36 months DB2 experience working with large databases, those containing over 15 million records or that are available to over 500 users.
- 18 months experience mapping data elements from source to target schema.
- 24 Months experience writing, trouble-shooting and running basic and complex SQL queries.
- 12 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
