Job Description:
- Work collaboratively with the current team of DJJOY/JJIS staff and participate in business requirement gathering for BI projects.
- Write SQL scripts to extract and analyze juvenile justice child welfare data to assist creating requirements,
- Elicit and collect necessary information and create business requirements documents,
- Data extraction and programming to investigate issues associated with reporting,
- Write and maintain COGNOS reports.
Requirements:
- 84 Months of Experience in business requirement gathering, analysis and logical design; understanding and translating complex issues both in oral and written communication.
- 84 Months of Experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager models.
- 84 Months of Experience in creating and modifying reports using COGNOS tools.
- 84 Months of Experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting including conditional formatting and joining multiple queries.
- 84 Months of Experience testing reports, analytics, troubleshooting, problem solving, documenting and presenting complex data challenges to stakeholders.
- 84 Months of Experience working in social services or relating fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
