We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals on various projects. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and establishing relationships with consultants.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing )
Maintaining Good connections and Ability to Work with Vendors
Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT Consultants.
Ability to interact, develop Tier-1 Vendor network, and get the H1B/OPT/CPT candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow-up.
Able to Handle and Turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals on to
Looking for someone aggressive, Team Player, and well aware of the technologies in the market.
Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
