Job Description:

• Evaluate the business team's SAP capability/understanding. 
• Provide gap analysis and resolution plan. 
• Train personnel to super user and SME levels. 
• Support the recruitment of personnel to bridge any gaps. 
• Lead for SAP Vision business implementation and management. 
• Ensure transformation alignment with the Vision PMO and Executive Leadership. 

Requirements:

• 5+ Years Medical Devices Manufacturing Experience 
• 10+ Years of experience managing manufacturing plants with SAP ERP 
• 5+ Years of experience with Materials Management using SAP ERP 
• 5+ Years of experience with Supply Chain Management using SAP ERP 
• 5+ Years of experience in Production Planning using SAP ERP 
• 15+ Years of experience Transitioning from Legacy ERP to SAP ERP 

• Must be fluent in English (Read/Write). 
• Must have strong leadership skills and a record of deployment of complex system integrations in large global organizations. 
• Extensive project management skills and the ability to work independently and meet deliverables on time and in full.
