Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Program Manager with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) to lead

enterprise data initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive MDM strategy, governance, and program delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional

business and IT teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed master data across the organization.

Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within data or IT initiatives.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance programs.

Experience working with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo, or IBM MDM.

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise data programs.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.

Familiarity with data integration, data architecture, and analytics environments.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid program delivery environments.
