Job Description:

The Lead Salesforce Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for Salesforce projects, including requirements

gathering, documentation, functional design, and coordination with development, QA, and UAT teams.

The role involves analyzing business processes, supporting Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements, and ensuring successful

delivery of IT solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

12+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis within IT development.

3+ years in Healthcare or Workers’ Compensation domain.

Strong experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred).

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, data analysis, and system integration.

Experience with SQL/DB2 databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft technologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.

Experience with Virsys12 and Healthcare systems.
