Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development/Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nutley, NJ. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about IT services and sales. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing relationships with IT staffing vendors, and supporting sales initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT staffing and services sector. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with IT staffing vendors and establish partnerships for talent supply. 

  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients and vendors to understand their staffing needs. 

  • Work with internal teams to propose tailored staffing solutions. 

  • Follow up on leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms. 

  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools. 

  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment. 

  • Travel to client and vendor sites as required to represent the company and close deals. 

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
