We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development/Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nutley, NJ. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing relationships with IT staffing vendors, and supporting sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT staffing and services sector.

Build and maintain relationships with IT staffing vendors and establish partnerships for talent supply.

Schedule meetings with prospective clients and vendors to understand their staffing needs.

Work with internal teams to propose tailored staffing solutions.

Follow up on leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms.

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment.

Travel to client and vendor sites as required to represent the company and close deals.
