Job Description:
· The Desktop Support and Field Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment across both office and field environments.
· This hybrid role combines traditional desktop support with field engineering, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a customer-service mindset.
· The ideal candidate is adaptable, solution-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments.
Requirements:
· 8 years of work experience providing IT and Desktop Support
· Proficiency with MS Windows OS, Office 365, and standard business applications.
· Experience with Active Directory, endpoint management, and ticketing systems.
· Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in varied field environments.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote or emergency sites as needed.
