· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

· Understanding of tech roles like developers, engineers, etc.

· Generate new business in IT staffing & services.

· Develop relationships with IT staffing vendors.

· Schedule meetings to understand client staffing needs.

· Collaborate with internal teams on staffing solutions.

· Follow up via calls, emails, and networking.

· Maintain CRM pipelines.

· Travel as needed to meet clients/vendors.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
