Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals across various clients in the US market. You should have a strong understanding of US recruitment practices, technical skill sets, and visa classifications.
· Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
· Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
· Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements.
· Ensure compliance with US recruitment regulations and best practices.
· Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidate data effectively.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / Sourcing is mandatory.
· MBA in HR is preferred; however, MBA freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
· Familiarity with US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
· Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work in US time zones EST
