Job Description:
The CurRent NYC initiative aims to improve the Human Resources Administration (HRA) landlord engagement system by providing enhanced customer service, self-service options, and accurate rent payments across various tenant programs. The system currently supports CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determination while maintaining landlord and property records. This role will contribute to a significant system enhancement effort to meet long-term project goals.
Responsibilities:

· Work with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements.
· Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
· Develop comprehensive functional specifications and business process documentation using Azure.

Requirements:
· Experience as a Business Analyst in government, public sector, or housing programs.
· Strong skills in business & technical requirement gathering.
· Hands-on experience with Azure and business process documentation.
· Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and impact assessments.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working with technical teams (Development & QA) to define and refine system functionalities.
