Job Description:
· Conduct and Implement Testing of Devices
· Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
· Coordinate with various teams to ensure that sufficient resources are planned for and supplied for any project.
· Participate in meetings as a technical advisor with vendors, customers and management to provide feedback for problem resolution and to determine appropriate course(s) of action.
· Manage peripherals and technical requirements. Provide management reporting and information dissemination.
· Manage and enroll Smart Phones, Tablets and Laptops using the Mobile Device (MDM) console.
· Order, setup, track and troubleshoot mobile iOS (Apple), Android devices and Windows devices.
· Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
· Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
· Provide day-to-day support of our phone systems and mobile devices.
· Chrome, Edge etc.) and screen sizes using techniques like CSS and media queries.
Requirements:

2. Minimum 4 Years Experience working and coordinating with the Technical teams in documenting business and functional requirements.
3. Minimum 4 Years Experience in overseeing project deliverables.
4. Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing the Data model and application Prototypes.
