Job Description:

The Electronic Case Folder System (ECFS) is a web-based system utilized by OCSS Intake, Court Services, and the Office of Legal Affairs for electronically storing client documents to support child support case building and court hearings. Upcoming enhancements include auto-assignment of virtual referrals, integration with the Locate system, operational dashboards, and a new Enforcement module. Additionally, application updates will provide advanced operational and statistical reports for senior management.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate testing of the application.

· Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.

· Facilitate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders.

· Implement information technology quality assurance standards.

· Gather and develop business and technical requirements.

· Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements.

· Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionalities.

· Review requirements with stakeholders for approval.

· Create GUI designs for each screen.

· Provide management reporting and information dissemination.

· Analyze and document current systems and processes as presently implemented.

· Make recommendations for system/process improvements based on client feedback.

· Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to ensure applications are built according to specifications and within the expected timeline.

Requirements:

· Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.

· Strong knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies.

· Ability to develop test cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

· Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

· Ability to analyze and document current systems and processes.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, designers, developers, and engineers.

· Experience with GUI design and system enhancements.
