Job Description:

• 3-5 years of experience in network administration, with specific expertise in Cradlepoint devices. 

• Strong knowledge of wireless WAN technologies, LTE/5G networks, and VPNs. 

• Experience with Cradlepoint cloud-based management platforms such as NetCloud. 

• Proficiency in network security protocols, firewalls, and threat detection systems. 

• Hands-on experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. 

• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in a team-oriented environment. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 

• Cradlepoint or related network certifications are a plus.
