Job Description:

HRMS (Human Resources Management System) is a very large project intended to automate all the HR functions into one system, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Timekeeping & Payroll, Internal transfers, Extended leaves of absence, AWOL, Suspensions & Separation, Reinstatements, and more. 

Responsibilities:

• At least 5 years' experience in Mastery of WordPress platform and applications. 

• 4+ years of experience in a role as IT project manager leading complex, enterprise-wide technical and/or business initiatives - experience working with senior leadership. 

• 4+ years of experience with managing SDLC Waterfall and/or Agile methodology projects. 

• 3+ years in vendor management. 

• Experience working with City of New York agencies is a plus 

• PMP certification preferred
