Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role, with proven experience in multiple Salesforce clouds (Experience, Education, Marketing, Service).

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect) are desirable but not compulsory.

Experience in the higher education sector is a significant advantage.

Exceptional technical skills with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in integrating AppExchange solutions and external systems (Boomi, Oracle Campus Solutions (Student Information System), etc..).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

A passion for learning and staying at the forefront of Salesforce technology.
Requirements:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Experience, Education, Marketing, Service).

Architect integrations with AppExchange solutions (Linvio, Mogli, Saleswings, etc...) and external systems (Oracle Campus Solutions and other ERP or SAAS applications) using Boomi or other middleware.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices.

Multi-Cloud Expertise:

Experience Cloud: Architect and optimize digital experiences for prospective and current students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Education Cloud: Design and implement solutions to streamline student lifecycle management, recruitment, and engagement.
-
Marketing Cloud: Enhance student recruitment, engagement, and alumni relations campaigns through targeted communication.

Service Cloud: Streamline student support services, faculty engagement, and issue resolution.

Development Leadership:
-
Provide technical direction and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.

Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality and maintainability of solutions.

Participate in hands-on development as needed to solve complex technical challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders across the institution to gather requirements, analyse needs, and ensure solutions meet diverse needs.

Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics and insights to continuously improve Salesforce performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
