Job Description:
- Work on an Identity and Access Management project with a focus on service account lifecycle management. Tasks will include data collection and manipulation, working with application and infrastructure teams on discovery, inventory, password rotation, and other remediation tasks tied to the service account governance program.
- Apply expertise to perform discovery and analysis, architecture design, solution design, plan solution implementations, and apply best practices to mature service account lifecycle management.
Requirements:
- As part of the team, partner with application and infrastructure engineers to execute the remediation steps for service accounts through the Service Account Governance program which includes but not limited to; discovery, inventory, risk assessments, password rotation and access reviews
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the service account governance program to meet deadlines and objectives
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to ensure successful project outcomes
- Define an efficient intake process for new requests, requirements, including but not limited to application onboarding for access provisioning and access re-certifications
- Utilize metrics for ongoing assessment of these processes, aiming for continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek and recommend technologies or processes that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IAM program
- Drive automation and innovation where possible to streamline internal or external business processes
- Participate in and contribute to all phases of systems development; including requirements, design, development, client training, data conversion, testing and maintenance to achieve the successful development and implementation of the service account governance program
- Create high quality presentations to put forth challenges and potential solutions to bring about quick resolutions
