Job Description:

Location: Would prefer for Candidate to be onsite at 4900 Tiedeman Rd. Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 but is ok with Remote.

Required 10 + years of experienced Developers.

 

• Mainframe Developer with experience in banking, payments, insurance, with any experience in Lockbox, ImageScan, Deluxe, Commercial Card and Merchant Service Platform are a bonus. 
• The position is to be a primary development of a new vendor product dealing with data transfer, image files, and passing files inside and outside of a network using SFTP, VPN Tunnels and server applications.
• Co-ordinate with BA, Dev Leads, offshore team and LOBs on a regular basis to sure requirements are correct and development has no blockers.
• Follow the change management process during the development process for any new changes to vendor or request to vendor for enhancements.
• The candidate must interact with Client and vendor partners on a day-to-day basis for development and then post launch ensure all BAU processes are established and running as expected for support teams.
• Support Quality Assurance Testing and perform validations or development corrections as needed.
• Ensure development of System checks, monitoring, disaster recovery (DR), and performance testing are performed as readiness for production deployment.
• Addressing all the vulnerabilities, variances, and findings on time with related to the supported applications.
• Prioritize the tasks accordingly and complete it within expected deadlines.

Requirements:

• Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, Unix shell scripting.
• DB Skills: DB2 & VSAM.
• Tools: TWS
• Version Control Tools: Endeavor 
• Secondary Technical skill:  SQL, Transmission (BizLink and NDM) knowledge is a plus.
  Tools and Bonus skills: Experience with Tivoli, Java, SQL in Banking, card processing, merchant payments
