Job Description:
- Customer problem resolution via the telephone
- Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry.
- Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
- Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests.
- Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers.
- Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion.
- Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data.
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma required or bachelor’s preferred.
