Job Description:
- Provide expert advice to the New York City NG9-1-1 team in all aspects of NG9-1- including and especially Call Handling System Integration.
- Provide business process methodology expertise to the NYPD and FDNY for design, system implementation and testing.
- Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for all types of NG9-1-1 calls.
- Support the NG9-1-1 Call Handling requirements and validation of required standards.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME.
- Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems, Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing In-depth knowledge of the industry or sector in which the business operates.
- Understanding the specific challenges, regulations, and nuances of the industry is crucial
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex process information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems, Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing
- Strong analytical skills to assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
