Job Description:

We are looking for candidates who can take 100% Responsibility for sourcing, recruiting, and marketing IT Consultants

Experience: 3-4 Years
No of Openings: 2
Shift Timings: EST

Responsibilities:

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate
pipeline
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone
screenings
-Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job
postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
-Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment
laws and regulations

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-2 years of IT recruiting experience preferred
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
-Proficient in Microsoft Office & MS Ecel
-Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
-Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
-Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

-Communication should be Excellent.
-Willing to work in Night Shift, Timing : 7 :00 PM to 4: 00 AM IST
-Travel to office (if its Men)
