Ø Relevant experience 5-7 years in the leading bench sales/business development team within staffing, recruitment.
Ø Excellent consulting, analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
Ø Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing & closing staffing opportunities
Ø Thorough knowledge and understanding of all US work related Visas.
Ø Must be very familiar with H1B processing/transfers.
Ø Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and in group presentation settings with various levels of professionals both internal and external.
Ø Ability to self-manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes, and develop and implement project road maps to achieve optimum results.
Ø Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service to internal and external clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing bench sales recruitment team which includes strong exposure in coordinating end to end sales and marketing of Bench / Internal resources
Ø Developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates
Ø Research and build relationships with new clients, Handling MSA’s, SOW’s for a successful start’s on a given time period by the client.
Ø Schedule appointments/meetings with the appropriate stakeholders at prospective clients on regular basis, increase the number of new opportunities in the client pipeline, maintain periodic follow ups and effectively drive the opportunities through the funnel to convert to closed contract.
Ø Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and sales leaders to leverage our capabilities and close sales.
Ø Responsible for delivering services and managing large bunch of clients by helping them in fulfilling their resource needs.
Ø Responsible for managing pipeline and reporting to superiors on regular basis.
