Job Description:

Requirements:

 

• BS or BA degree preferred, with 5-10 years of experience as a business analyst or developer in a contributing role on a full-cycle software delivery team
• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in being a liaison with business, IT, and operations teams
• Excellent communication and exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability
• CRM and/or Salesforce.com experience is a strong plus
• Financial Services and Private Markets experience is a strong plus
• Experience with project delivery of complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, or system integration solutions is preferred
