Job Description:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience using Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR routers, and Cisco ASR routers in a multi-site environment
• 5+ years of experience managing firewalls ( Palo Alto or ZScaler )
• 10+ years of experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and Ethernet networks
• 3+ years of BGP, OSPF, HSRP, DMVPN, and MPLS
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting issues with IPSec VPN and GRE tunnels
• Expert skills with using and diagnosing network captures
• Expert understanding and practical experience with network security best-practices
• Experience with security systems such as IDS/IPS systems (Tipping Point)
• Must have experience with defining network disaster recovery strategies
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually, within a team, with other groups and with customers
• Must have ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences
• Must have experience supporting networks within virtual environments
• Proven problem solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
• Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high -pressure environment
• Strong ability to manage vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and service levels
• Self starter with ability to lead projects working with other functional IT Teams.
